Live Show: Joey B On Stage
Sailing in all the way from Ghana, rapper, singer and songwriter Joey B was set to open the night and usher us into a sizzling show stopper of a Big Brother Hotshots eviction show. Versed in five proudly African languages and dialects this producer extraordinaire showed off his diverse tastes as he turned-up with his hit single “Tonga”.
The sexy crowd simply couldn’t get enough of the music as clapped and raised the roof.
IK was, as always, looking the part and tonight our favourite host dazzled in a bespoke tan three-peice suit courtesy of menswear expert Mai Atafo. So phly was our guy he simply had to capture the moment Twitter-Mirror selfie style and, ever the groupie, he invited Joey B into the frame. Peace and pout boys!
But wait "IK, freeze", said Biggie. IK too had to stand still while Biggie's Ninja's transformed him into the clowny character he is.
It’s day 35 and after ten exits we’re down to sixteen Hotshots as we knead closer to the top ten and, of course, the coveted first prize. With only six housemates who stand to walk the eviction plank a little birdie whispered in our ear that only a two would be shown the door.
Ellah and Permithias were once again up. The beauty queen from Uganda came in highest having been down the eviction gallows a whopping five times with Namibian musician Permithias and singer Frankie trailing behind with his fourth appearance on the list.
Master strategist Nhlanhla and the hip hop maestro Trezagah were fairly new to this side of the game while it was radio DJ Butterphly first ever time and she still knew nothing of it. We wonder if she’ll see it the way Idris did when he added her.
Let the games begin!
