Good progress on Uganda’s ex-BBA rep Lk4’s apartments

Former Ugandan BBA contestant Isaac Lugudde aka LK4 had planned to complete his apartments in six months. He had hoped that by May 2014 the apartments will be complete, but It’s August and the residential flats are yet to be completed. It should be noted though that good progress has been made.

The Polokwane Trailblazers basket ball star attributes the delay to high costs of building materials, running out of money and in the nutshell, he says building has never been easy. “I was to complete 4U Apartments by May 2014 but this thing is hard and costly! Between the weather, inflated costs of building materials, running out of money, surpassing the budget, building isn’t easy.”

“I’m beyond stress, but it’s good to be back to see the progress, though it’s slow. My cousins house puts this project to shame, he knows who he is ! Lol.” LK4 is based in South Africa.

This is coming at the time when  the organizers of Big Brother Africa, M-Net and Endemol SA, were forced to cancel the launch of season 9 due to a devastating fire on the Big Brother House. The reality show was to be launched this Sunday, but now called off and the search for an alternative house is underway.

Of the previous housemates, LK4 and Gaetano Kaggwa seem to be doing extremely well courtesy of the Big Brother exposure.
